Purchase Email

I paid for my DCS Nevada and DCS L-39 and it shows in the store but I am wondering if we are suppose to get a confirmation email of some sort. I paid with a Visa Credit Card.

That's funny, last few times I have made a purchase I got about 5 emails of confirmation from ED.

Check to make sure they didnt go into a junk folder...

Nothing in the junk folder. All other emails like signing up for forums and everything came through. When I first signed up

Over the years there have been various email issues reported. I once had a discussion about it with a moderator and, from his investigations, the emails appeared to be being blocked by the ISP even if the ISP claimed they didn't block anything. I have had the issue in the past, and also had periods where I did receive the emails (still the same ISP).

I just chalked it up to the wonders of the internet and stopped thinking about it.

Yea I understand just purchased the Mirage 2000C and no email but shows up so no biggy. Just wondering if this happens to anyone else.

I just found out that hotmail blocks all eagle email for everyone, outlook.com is pretty much one in the same as hotmail, so it could be that same problem stoping you from getting emails.

Thanks so much that's what I figured thanks for the help. I got my product and Serial Key on the website so no big deal. But again thanks for the quick answer and help
