Minor bug: Pause and Escape Bug

Hello,

here is a very minor bug, I discovered by accident - i searched these forums to be sure there wasn't already one reported, but if there is, sorry for the duplication.

Bug Description:

Pressing the Esc button pauses the game and shows the in-game menu. However, it is possible to unpause the game by pressing the Pause/Break button. Doing so, unpauses the game, but keeps the in-game menu appearing on screen, while the game is running.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Stop the simulation by pressing Esc
   
2. Unpause the game by pressing Pause/Break button
   
3. Look at screen: the game should be running and the in-game menu should still be onscreen, blocking your view.
