Buzpilot
Does it require actual in-flight data from NASA, or can it all be achieved from model testing in a wind tunnel. Or are there computer programs that can simulate it using 3D models? I think the computer simulated 3D models, also need actual data from a wind tunnel, 'garbage in garbage out'. And very crucial is data for supersonic, both the shockwaves and the surface layers change the shape of the areas causing drag, so drag is not constant at all.
