This graphic glitch is usually then fixed by a repair but since I disabled all my mods before updating it and it does blink as well as the OP stated. also a repair did not fix it either this time either as I thought maybe I did not disable my mods but I did and still get the glitch.. So basically this is a issue with the latest patch seems ED Screwed the pooch.. Hopefully we can get a fix soon or possible workaround..
