I know these kind of topics are not very common, but I thought I would express my gratitude for a quick and efficient customer support.

 

I had a missing key for my DCS WW2 backer pledge and my issue was solved in the hour following my ticket submittal.

 

So, I want to thank you for your professionalism, Andrey "Feeleen", whoever you are. You made me start this day on a good note.
