Igneous01 Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I have some questions about this, because I see the flash sale is on but I'm not sure if there are compatibility issues with what modules I have installed on steam. If I buy a module from the dcs store, I cannot activate it on steam, but how can I add the content to my dcs world which resides in my steamapps folder? cichlidfan Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 If you buy from ED's shop then you need to download and install DCS World from ED. This will be a separate install from Steam. EDs version of DCS World has a built-in automated updating system. Key activation works by asking you to enter the key the first time you start a mission. You will need to go to the Properties for DCS World on Steam and look under the DLC tab. You should see your keys which can be copied elsewhere for use with standalone DCS World.
