I think it's a good idea to develop a good ground crew

Look up AES (Airport Enhancement Services) for MS Flight Simulator or Prepar3D. Something like that for mil AFB operations would certainly enhance the immersion factor.

I was wondering the same thing today about having ground personnel. It is not necessary for something other than it is to create a good atmosphere and perhaps a bit of realism. But as I said, it is not an absolute necessity, and certainly pretty hard to code so it works really authentic. But I support the proposal 100% if it possible.

Ground Crew is a LONG TIME asked feature like vapour, improved contrail and come mach effect, but apparently ED may probably if they can do it, after 2.0, maybe for the carriers at first, (which seam logic)

But its only a small theory i made based on this and not a rumour :

This is NOT stated inside, but i think that this is a possibility, and one of the new actual third party aircraft (idk which one) have a 3D model for the ground power !
