I find it rather odd that Win7 is the most predominate OS people use for games.

I remember reading of FPS test done on a lot of shooter type games were Win 7 was a tiny bit faster maybe by 1 to 5 fps more but it just did not justify spending a 100+ for a new OS that still has teething problems with things as simple as printer drivers.

Well it just goes to show what I know...:( I guess it is back to:book:

just for the record i was running dcs-a10 on w7 pro 32 bit and when i switch to w7 64 bit pro, i saw a huge difference on fps...probably my 7 giga ram..

Currently on Win XP. But plans are to transfer to Win 7 64bit on next upgrade, which is planned in the coming year at some point. Saving money for it right now.
