therion_prime
Login isn't required; the servers are overloaded and that's the error you get. Grab the torrent, it will go quicker. If it's overloaded, why is it requesting a usename / PW in a fraction of a second then? My DCS movies:
Yellonet
So, is the $60 price tag a special "high price" for pre-purchase including beta versions or will the regular version cost as much? I don't like to be cheap but $60 is quite a lot for a PC game/sim. i7-2600k@4GHz, 8GB, R9 280X 3GB, SSD, HOTAS WH, Pro Flight Combat Pedals, TIR5

Feuerfalke
So what you are saying is that I can't run it at full speed but I can still run it just with minor details right? I'm just explaining what recommended and minimum requirements means for gaming in general. How many FPS you will have with your machine running DCS:A-10C, well, I can't tell you unless you test the beta and post your results. But the sim will not be locked, deny installation or something, if you don't meet the requirements, if that's what you mean. GGTharos
It is the price of the regular version, and it isn't too much; $60 is a pretty average price, and you're getting something a bit more than just a game. Moa
$60 is very reasonable given the relatively smaller user base and complexity of the sim (long development time). If you were a military quartermaster you'd be paying a *lot* more per seat for essentially the same thing. Now, time for ED to let us know what comes next in the DCS series (just kidding). Also please remember this is a beta release. Bugs *are expected* so report them calmly and precisely so they can get fixed.
HiJack
Yes you can install both of them, as far as you are aware Track Ir is not yet implemented withjin 64 Bits Version. Aha! ;) That solves my problem!

I don't like to be cheap but $60 is quite a lot for a PC game/sim. Many console games cost this and this is a PC sim with a smaller market then say, Call of Duty. How many flight sims come out a year in this day and age. Price is very reasonable IMHO.
