Thanks all, glad you are enjoying it.

Today we will be downloading Build 50 which is code frozen for the Russian version except for any critical issues or crashes found in final testing. The primary issue that remains for the western version is to complete the German, French and Spanish localizations (these will all reside on a single DVD). It has been a long haul but we are getting close.

Oh and you german, french and spanish people out there: learn english already!! You're making the rest of us wait longer for DCS

Has the decision been made about any digital distribution, Steam etc?

Some thoughts:

1. The frame rate was excellent. I was willing to put up with some stutters, but that video was as smooth as can be. I'm hoping you didn't switch computers on us from the last note.

2. The cockpit is looking better than ever. Most of all, the pilot position. Maybe the days of Gimli the dwarven pilot are finally behind us!

3. The terrain looks wonderful...much more muted and realistic. I remember Beach commenting on this at one point, the overly bright and colorful terrain we see in flight sims vs. what you see in reality. It looks like Black Shark is a lot closer to reality.
