Yep, thus why I wonder if there are tacviews ... you might be able to see if the final events are the same or similar, and perhaps the mission author can guess is a specific trigger fired then or something.

Well, as expected TACVIEW stopped recording for some reason on the 2nd of May or so... so no luck there.

 

As for the tracks- the only one I can say with any certainty pertains to any of the above crashes is attached here and relates to one of the initial attachments.

 

Looks like it's too big or something- I'll put it on my gdrive.

Eh guys- another crash last night. Again, I wasn't in there but it looks by the slmod chat log that there were some people in there talking when it happened.

 

In addition to that, a client reported he shot down the Red AWACS (A-50) with an AiM-9 and crashed him to desktop the moment it hit. No others were affected.

 

I'm attaching everything I have. Don't have tacview set up yet and there was no track. There was no DCS stopped working message on my desktop either- it just showed an open desktop.

[OPEN]<51>SERVER random crashes

 

With 1.2.4 the server crashed after 3-4 days with a daily player load of 30 players at any one time.

 

Since 1.2.5 the server crashes every 2-4 hours and I believe most servers that suffer any player load get this too.

We've tried limiting to 20 players max still getting the same result, server download is 150/upload is 75.

Even made the current mission from scratch with 1.2.5.

This is becoming soul destroying, every 3-4 days with 1.2.4 was bad but now that seems like heaven.

 

With the latest update 1.2.5.16508 there is no change

I noticed the same. And sometimes your server crash (or any other) crashes/hangs my entire desktop. It's getting really annoying. Especially when the server is full of people.

Hope you guy's can sort this out with ED and figure out why this is happening.

Go in close, and when you think you are too close, go in closer.

That's a tougher one- want me to log it through general activity on the server and see if it gradually increases?

 

I do a full restart on the machine every couple days... But what I'll try to do is set up a monitor for memory over a couple day period?

 

Is there an easier / more efficient way I can do it that you would suggest?

Luckily 1.2.5 didn't change much so the culprit should be pretty easy to find.
